This study, entitled "Evaluation of Cultural and Sports Services for Recreation Activities in Kalar", aims to clarify the way in which cultural and sport services are distributed in Kalar City, as well as to assess the level of these services now and to assess the city's needs for these services in the future. To achieve the goal of the research, the motives that led to an increase in the number of cultural and sports services in the city of Kalar were initially presented, then talked about the geographical distribution, and cultural and sports services were provided in the city, followed by assessments of the level of these services and estimates of the expected requirements according to the standard standards for each. The study finally concluded that the majority of cultural and sports services in Kalar are less than what the city needs according to international standards, and that it is somewhat unbalanced in the distribution of these services in the city.
